About Trevi Gardens
The Trevi Gardens homeowners association was organized in 1997 to maintain Trevi’s common grounds. Residents pay an annual assessment to cover the cost of mowing and maintaining the commons. Each year the trustees also pursue an improvement to a part of the subdivision as needed. Spring Cleaning Day, a National Night Out celebration and a neighborhood Halloween treat station are also Trevi traditions.
Annual dues are $225 (approved at the 2025 Annual Meeting) with a portion dedicated to the Trevi Gardens Infrastructure Fund. Late payments are assessed $10 monthly.

- Chatham Schools, one of the best educational systems in the region
- Fishing pond and walking trail
- Southwind Park, Springfield’s most accessible public park
Our location offers easy access to Interstates 55 & 72, Lake Springfield, Knight’s Action Park, the University of Illinois’ Springfield campus and Lincoln Land Community College.
