Information for real estate agents and banks
Please contact the HOA if your client is buying or selling property in Trevi Gardens.
Be aware that several streets within Trevi Gardens are privately owned by the residents on them, who are responsible for their repair and replacement: Capri Lane, Como Lane, Volare Lane, Augustus Lane, Caesars Lane, Resina, Messina, and Argenta. At this time, those properties pay a special assessment of $160 each per year, set aside for repairs to each individual private street.
Property owners within Trevi Gardens are required to notify the board when selling their property. See the covenant below:
Article XII, Section 4. Notice of Sale, Lease of Mortgage. In the event an Owner sells, leases, mortgages, conveys, or executes a contract for deed of the Owner’s property, the Owner shall give to the Association written notice containing the name of the purchaser, lessee or mortgagee of the property. The Board may refuse to release an Owner personally from the obligations of Article VIII until the Board first has received the written notice required by this section.
