About Trevi Gardens

The Trevi Gardens homeowners association was organized in 1997 to maintain Trevi’s common grounds. Residents pay an annual assessment to cover the cost of mowing and maintaining the commons. Each year the trustees also pursue an improvement to a part of the subdivision. Spring Cleaning Day, a summer garage sale weekend and a neighborhood fall festival are also Trevi traditions.

Starting in 2021 dues are $160 per year as voted on at the 2020 Annual Meeting with $35.00 going to Trevi Gardens Infrastructure Fund. There is also at this time, a special assessment of $160 for properties on private streets.

Trevi Gardens’ amenities include:

  • Springfield utilities
  • Chatham Schools, one of the best educational systems in the region
  • Fishing pond and walking trail
  • Southwind Park, Springfield’s newest jewel of public space

This great LOCATION offers easy access to Interstates 55 & 72, Lake Springfield, Knight’s Action Park, the University of Illinois’ Springfield campus and Lincoln Land.
