There are several private streets within Trevi Gardens. These streets include Capri Lane, Como Lane, Volare Lane, Augustus Lane, Caesars Lane, Argenta Drive, Resina Drive, and Messina Drive.
These streets are owned by the individuals who own properties on them. For reference, the Sangamon County GIS parcel viewer may be used to view property lines. Argenta Drive, Resina Drive and Messina Drive are part of the Fifth Addition Condo Association, which is an inactive sub-association within Trevi Gardens. The property owners in the sub-association own their streets in a percentage-based manner.
The individuals who own the streets are responsible for paying for their upkeep and replacement. At this time, the HOA is collecting $165/year from the owner of each private street residence to save for street maintenance. This started in 2016. Each street’s collection has been deposited into a separate account.
